My True Style Group Journey


My True Style Group Journey course is an opportunity to reconnect with your True Self and bring your personal style into alignment for the woman you are now and the difference you’re here to make. Over the four weeks I’ll guide you through my transformational style alignment process of colour, body shape and True Style analysis, wardrobe detox, capsule wardrobe planning, sustainable shopping and how to bring outfits to life through styling and accessorising in your own unique way.

Course Curriculum

Each 4-week journey offers over £1500.00 of expert guidance for just £495.00 alongside the benefits of a weekly women’s sharing circle. It includes personal style, body shape and colour analysis, wardrobe edit, planning, shopping and styling assignments, supporting visuals and my personal sustainable shopping online source book. The maximum group size is 8. We meet weekly on Zoom to share our week’s experience and ask questions. We have an active private Facebook group between meetings and everyone receives plenty of personal recommendations.

  • Pre-Course - Registering

    On registering you’ll receive full details about the course and how to join the weekly live group calls. I’ll ask you to send me photographs, complete a questionnaire and you’ll receive your Personal Colour Swatch Wallet and first video ‘assignment’ explaining how to create your ‘True Style’ vision board. Each week on Friday you’ll receive a video assignment and tutorial for the following week. We use Google documents and Pinterest throughout the course, so it’s worth familiarising yourself with both in advance.

  • Week 1 - True Style Guidelines

    You’ll take a fresh look (through loving eyes) at the body you're in. Your task is to listen to my personal recommendations via audio, enter them into your Personal Style Guide and begin to populate your True Style Pinterest board with images of items that fit your True Style criteria. This is about getting your eye tuned in and building your own visual resource of styles that both resonate with AND flatter you.

  • Week 2 - Wardrobe Detox & Planning

    Our task this week is to let go of the old, create space in your wardrobe (and life) for the new you to emerge and seed intentions for what you now want to call in. By the end of this week you’ll feel way lighter and have created a Wardrobe Plan of exactly what’s needed to create your ideal capsule wardrobe.

  • Week 3 - Shopping

    Here we turn your wardrobe plan into reality, buying online or in-store, sharing your finds amongst the group and getting feedback to make this ‘new you’ a very tangible reality. To help you find some ethical gems, you’ll receive my extensive Ethical Fashion Source book full of preloved sites and inspirational brands you can feel good about wearing.

  • Week 4 - Styling

    In our final week’s assignment your new found style knowledge gives you free reign to play with and even break a few rules. With a focus on playful curiosity, you’ll create new outfits from your existing wardrobe, exploring contrast and accessorising. A focus on fun paves the way to creating wearable outfits for real life that are 100% authentic to you and your True Style. We celebrate one another and our journey together before closing our circle with clear goals for our continuing individual style journeys.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to spend a lot of money on clothes?

No. What you spend is entirely up to you. My recommendations include clothes swapping, charity shops and preloved sites all the way to high end ethical designers.

I’d like to lose some weight before I do the course.

Please don’t. This journey is about accepting and celebrating our bodies just as they are, knowing that we will continue to change and age throughout our lives and that there is no better time than now to practise self love and express our True Style.

Do you do colour analysis?

Yes. The first thing I do before the course begins is analyse your colouring so you can order your personal Colour Swatch Wallet. I analyse from photographs taken in natural daylight with and without make-up. I would not be able to do this if I hadnt first analysed hundreds of women over many years in person.

How much time do I get with you?

Every week we meet live on Zoom for 90 minutes. I also check your weekly assignment and give personal feedback and support each week, including recommending suitable items when it comes to shopping.

How much time do I need to allocate to do the coursework each week?

You need to allocate around 6 hours per week (not all in one day) to carry out that week’s activity, so it’s worth clearing a couple of evenings each week that the course will run for you to get the most out of the shared 4-week experience. The more effort you put in, the more you’ll get out of it.

How long is the Zoom call each week?

90 minutes. If you cannot make the live Zoom call one of the week’s I will send you the recording so you can catch up, but ideally you should plan to attend every live meeting as it is a key element of the course.

How do I use Zoom?

Below is a link to Zoom’s video tutorials. Zoom is very easy to use, but like any technology, if you have not used it before, or feel uncertain, I recommend you do a trial run with a friend in advance, so you feel comfortable in how to use the app ahead of our live meetings.

How do I pay you?

Payments need to be made in GBP sterling by direct bank transfer.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. If you want to do the course but cannot pay all in one go, email me directly and I will arrange for you to pay in two or three instalments.

What is the maximum group size?

The typical group size is 6-8 people, never more.
